Ava graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Interactive Design. She worked as a Project Manager and Brand Manager for Sussex Insurance, and managed over 40 renovations for them. She was also responsible for designing the floor plans for the offices including Sussex's Corporate Office and Call Centre. She later moved to Mount Seymour Development, and worked as Project Coordinator for the Northlands project.
