Men’s and Women’s bathroom renovations at the Brian Canfield Centre.

"H&R began working with Sierra Projects when we were looking for a way to replace the ballast on the roof of our building at 3777 Kingsway in order to gain back weight and allow for expansion of the HVAC system. Sierra approached us with a material that could be used to replace gravel and solve our issue. The system installed by Sierra was so successful we expanded the program to another building.

 

Sierra came to our rescue again when we were having a problem with birds making a mess of the insulation in the parkade. We looked at various options, but the usual solutions had a short life-span and we would have to be repairing/replacing every 4-5 years. After numerous discussions, Sierra proposed a totally innovative solution that eliminated the birds and the mess they created, it was a one- time install with little maintenance required and gave the parkade a needed face-lift.

 

These are the type of solutions Sierra has brought to the table, and continues to do for us; solve our building problems with creative thinking and innovative designs. We feel we are in excellent hands when Sierra Projects is on the job."
