At Sierra Projects we provide our clients complete Workspace Solutions. We will take your project’s initial concept through the planning, design, drawings, budgets, permits, buildout and finally full commissioning and the completed project handover.
We work closely with our Clients, Designers, Engineers, Trades and Suppliers to ensure the highest attention to detail and workmanship. This allows us to deliver a project that is to your complete satisfaction.

SERVICES
For projects large or small we apply all the same skills and care required and applicable to all the project’s construction disciplines. Your project may include one or more of the following phases depending on your individual requirements. Sierra will be honoured and happy to work on any one or a combination of all.
PLANNING - DESIGN - PERMITTING
We will take your project from your initial concept through the budgets, design, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, consulting & permitting with the City or Municipality on record. Now, your project is ready to proceed to bids and tenders by General Contractors, Subtrades and Suppliers.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
We will assemble a full project Stipulated Contract Price tender presentation as per drawings, specifications and addendums supplied by Others or by the Sierra Planning Department as per above.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We build your project in phases:
• Pre-Construction phase - select the Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Labour Teams and proceed with Site Mobilization.
• Procurement phase - assemble and process the project bids from the trades and suppliers to process purchase orders and contracts.
• Construction phase - set and manage the project budgets, schedule, construction, inspections, invoicing and payments.
• Completion & Occupancy phase - finalize the project with full commissioning, as-builts and warranties for the completed project handover for Client Occupancy.
