For projects large or small, we apply the same skills and care required and applicable to all the project's construction disciplines. Your project may include one or more of the following phases depending on your individual requirements. Sierra Projects Inc. is honoured and happy to work on any one or a combination of all.
PLANNING + DESIGN
We will take your project from your initial concept through the budgets, design, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, consulting, and permitting with the City or Municipality on record. Now, your project is ready to proceed to bids and tenders by General Contractors, Subtrades, and Suppliers.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
We will assemble a full project stipulated contract price tender presentation as per drawings, specifications, and addendums supplied by others or by the Sierra Planning Department as per above.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We build your project in phases: pre-construction, procurement, construction, completion, and occupancy
