Ross has worked in the construction business in the Lower Mainland over the last 15 years. Early in his career he worked in the public sector managing and heading projects with social housing and community development through out the Lower Mainland. Later joining Sierra Projects as an Operations Manager organizing and running a wide variety of diverse and innovative projects. A certified Construction Safety Officer and card carrying OHS III, he also heads the company's safety program. Together with Sierra Projects has developed its own completed WorkSafe BC compliable program and safety policy manual.
